2)This picture shows several fire fighters trying to calm down the fire, that is taking up most of a 290-room hotel. This is the Marriott hotel with a huge blaze after a bombing in Islamabad that occurred last Saturday September 20, 2008. 3)This picture presents to me the bad and corrupt side of human beings full of hostility, anger, and lack of remorse or compassion for human life. But at the same time it presents to me the good side of human nature. These firemen are not being forced to fight these fires, they choose to be out there risking their own life for the safety and well-being of others.
4)The only way that I can see this picture relate to my life is that when i grow up more than anything I want to be a firefighter. I want to do it even though it goes against most of my families concerns, because I truly believe that as long as I am able to help other people I will be willing to risk my life for people in need. I think this way because I put myself in their shows trapped and not being able to do anything then I think back to my position and I want to be the person that can and does save them. Many people in my family strongly oppose it because they would rather me not risk my life and I try my best to get them to understand but they are very stubborn and hard-headed when it comes to that. Although luckily i do get support from a few people such as friends, and my girlfriend even though they do not completely support it they understand, accept, and respect my decision. So I do believe I can relate to this because if something like this happens then i might be put in this position alongside others helping out in a major catastrophic event.
